Y’know when you wake up and your eyes feel kinda sore, or even your throat but not in a sick way or you look in the mirror and your face is kinda puffy and maybe a bit red? That’s lymphatic blockage. WTH is that I hear you say, well, your lymphatic system is the way your body naturally detoxes and helps transport water and blood around the body. If you wanna get technical, it is described as
“The lymphatic system is part of the vascular system and an important part of the immune system, comprising a network of lymphatic vessels that carry a clear fluid called lymph directionally towards the heart.“
When this is ‘blocked’ it causes water to build in areas (usually around the face and clavicle) resulting in puffiness. When this happens, there are some steps you can take to promote lymphatic drainage i.e; look less puffy and feel a whole lot better (as this helps fight inflammation as well). Below are 3 of, what I find to be, the most effective lymphatic drainage technics!
