Christmas gift guide

Hi darlings, I just got back from completing about 60% of my christmas shopping, I am feeling significantly poorer but totally ready for christmas (& more importantly…totally ready for this uni term to be over) and thought now is the time to write my christmas gift guide for this year!

Box Set (preferably Sex & the City)

Who actually has the money to buy these of their own accord? Or at least who is willing to spend their own money on these….but guaranteed that multiple times this year you’ve wished you’ve had a box set to pop in. That’s why they make perfect presents for other people! Sex and the city is such a classic but some other fab choices; Friends, The Office, Suits, The West Wing, Gossip Girl, Gilmore Girls.

2018 Agenda*

This lovely luxurious agenda is by Sloane Stationary and is available to customise through their website. For the organised one in your life (or perhaps someone who needs a hint to be more organised…) you can select from their wide range of designs or design your own like this one! I can’t imagine someone not loving this as a gift.

I love receiving and giving books. I think it’s such a personal gift as you really have to know someone to get what books they’d enjoy. You can also find some really gorgeous book covers and art so definitely have a look in book stores and go to the ‘classics’ to see if you can find any beautifully bound editions.

15 Minute Journal

I’ve spoken about this several times now, you’re probably so bored of hearing about it but seeing as how much the word mindfulness was spoken about in 2017, why not help someone kick off their 2018 in a positive way!

For the homebody in your life, you can find so many lovely candles on the market, just make sure you smell before you buy….otherwise this one could go slightly wrong…

Try; Anthropologie, Diptique, Neom, Bella Freud

“I believe in manicures. I believe in overdressing. I believe in primping at leisure and wearing lipstick.” – Audrey Hepburn

“Pour yourself a drink, put on some lipstick, and pull yourself together.” – Elizabeth Taylor

I mean you can’t go wrong with gifting a lipstick, I personally love Glossier’s generation G as not only is the formula great and the range of colours super pretty but the packaging makes for a great present under the tree!
