2017 Bucket list

Hiya! Today is the last day of 2016!! How crazy?! Where has the time gone. I think most people are in agreement that this last year hasn’t been the best in any means and although I am a firm believer that everything happens for a reason and that you should find the positive in everything, I can’t help but agree that this year has been a struggle and a slight disappointment. However, I think its motivating everyone to put their all into 2017 and try to bring about some positive change and a positive attitude, which, I am all for. I make resolutions each year but I like to keep them for myself so instead, I thought I would do a bucket list of basic things I would like to accomplish over the next year whether that be watching a new film, travelling somewhere or just seeing people more. Maybe it will give you some ideas on what you want to accomplish in the upcoming year. Oh, and there are some of my favourite 2016 moments chucked in there too xxx

Happy New Years Eve everyone, party on

Books:

You too can have a body like me – Alexandra Gleeman (nothing to do with fitness)

Films:

If you didn’t know, I’m a bit of a film lover – 100% sure I get it from my Dad but I really enjoying properly watching a movie and discussing them. Here are 3 I want to watch in 2017…properly:

A United Kingdom

Seven Pounds

Annie Hall

Documentaries:

I think it’s really important to educate yourself as best you can on absolutely anything that you’re interested in. Documentaries are a great way to do that and there’s loads on Netflix too so it’s a super cheap way to find out more about a particular person or subject

O.J: Made in America

Burts Buzz

Steve Jobs: Million dollar hippy

Places:

“The world is a book, and those who do not travel read only one page.” – Saint Augustine

Scandinavia

The english coast

Word for the year:

Strive

I picked this word because I think it covers everything I want to do this year. I want to try more, run faster, do better, be better, work harder, love harder, do my best, strive for everything and this time next year be filled with pride at what I did.

I would just like to add a quick thank you to everyone who reads/follows/retweets/shares this blog. 2016 has seen a massive growth for this platform which is basically just me being me and I am so grateful to you all. I only really do this as a creative outlet for myself but I’m glad that it beings some positivity to others, so thank you for your support.

Lots of love

&

See ya next year

Xx
