So, it snowed here in Nottingham (and in most places in England in fact) and it is now freezing!! I know all I want to do is put the heating on and bundle up in soft pajamas and slippers but unfortunately lectures and well life has to go on so heres some inspiration on how to remain warm, comfy and somewhat-fashionable in this snow season (but if all else fails, you’ve got your pjs and uggs)
The best people to get snow-day fashion inspiration form? New Yorkers. If you’ve got somewhere important to be these outfits are perfect. Platform heels, thick tights, a large bag (large enough for snow-day essentials such as; coffee, tea, a coffee machine…) and a chunky coat to help you look chic and stay snug.

On the other end of the spectrum, if your aim is to look comfy and cute, then this is the outfit for you. An oversized sweater dress paired with chunky knit leg warmers (& a cup of coffee obviously). Perfect for lounging around if you’re working from home…..or watching netflix

For a cool and sleek look, the Olsens do it best. Leather jacket, oversized leather tote, jeans and classic Hunter wellies. Practical and sophisticated – the ‘grown up’ way to wear wellies. Don’t forget the futuristic sunnies either!

The most classic winter warmer is of course the fur coat, or anything furry really, in any colour. See some great examples here with either toning down a coat via beanie and jeans for a casual model-off-duty kind of look. Or, boost it, with a chic up-do and some statement earrings. Either way, you’re good to go.

Hope this helped anyone who was experiencing a fashion snow struggle.
